ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
I am a psychologist, energy medicine practitioner, somatic therapist — and a highly sensitive woman myself. I spent years practicing traditional talk therapy, and while I believe deeply in the foundations of psychology, I kept witnessing the same truth: real transformation requires working with the whole person — the nervous system, the body, the energy, and the soul.
I’ve done my own healing work. I know what it is to carry chronic health conditions, to be a caregiver, to feel the weight of a world that moves too fast. I also know what it feels like when the right support finally arrives — when sensitivity stops being something to manage and becomes something to live from.
The Sanctuary is the space I wished had existed for me. I built it for you.

A few things worth knowing
Is this therapy?
No. The Sanctuary is a coaching and education membership, not therapy. While Dr. Myers brings her deep clinical background and training to every session, this is not a therapeutic relationship and does not constitute psychological treatment. If you are in active mental health crisis, please seek appropriate clinical support.
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
Every live session is recorded and added to the practice library, usually within 48 hours. You can participate fully even if your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend in real time.
How much time does this require each week?
There are no required weekly commitments. The live sessions happen once a month. The practices are yours to use whenever you need them. This is designed to fit a sensitive nervous system and a full life — not add to your overwhelm.
What if this isn’t right for me?
You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. There are no long-term contracts. However, please know that healing work is rarely linear. If you find it uncomfortable in the way that real growth often is, that is different from it not being right for you. Give yourself the time to feel into it.
Does joining give me access to 1:1 sessions with Dr. Myers?
1:1 sessions are available separately. If private work is something you are interested in, you can enquire directly through the website.
